iTrain Running with Gantarvelocity [part2]
The most difficult part about taking running lesson is to change the small detail in your current running style to be a correct habit. Imagine that you [I mean: me!] have run for more than 40 years with your own way, you thought that you run correctly [because it feels comfort] , but you were wrong.
Gue ingat waktu gue lagi rajin ngegym dan menjadikan #legday as part of weekly training, gue pernah googling “the best squat technique”, dan surprisingly most technique yang gue baca bilang, “squat like a baby”. Ternyata katanya, the best squat position bisa dilihat waktu balita jongkok dan kemudian berdiri. But when we got older, we forgot about the baby-squat position, dan di gym kita nggak lagi melakukan “squat like a baby” itu.
Just like running…. for many-many-many-many-many years we formed our own running style that is most comfortable for us, not knowing that the style may be incorrect.

Jadi meski awal-awal kaki berasa sakit [karena belajar napak yang benar], dan lari gue juga mungkin tidak menjadi lebih cepat [karena lebih sibuk mikirin koordinasi gerakan yang benar]…. gue ngerasa kalau makin lama-lama makin menyenangkan untuk berlatih, karena perlahan-lahan gue mulai ngerasa, I am getting better.
